All orders will be sent through regular mail

Estimated delivery times are 7-14 business days. Although in previous years we have seen delays. 

If you experience a delay or are concerned about the whereabouts of your order contact us immediately. Provide us with your mailing address so we can refer to the address provided at check out. 

Shipping International  

As the purchaser you understand and accept all risks associated with mailing seeds into your country. 

All orders will be sent through regular mail (Letter Mail)

All international purchasers must understand and assume all risks associated with ordering through regular mail. Potentially seized and destroyed orders.

Damaged seeds (we apply some layers for protection), but may not protect entirely.

Tracking & customs - We charge an additional fee but you will receive tracking and pass through customs with proper documentation. 

Bubble mailer packaging for well secure and protected cargo. 

We highly recommend this option for large orders.

Order not received & Tracking

Scoville Canada will not be held responsible for any order that is shipped without tracking. You as the purchaser assume all risks associated with mailing, including but not limited to: lost mail, damaged order (internationally), wrong address (additional postage fee if seeds are returned to sender), stolen etc

By ordering with tracking both parties will be able to see and follow where the package is located, with this knowledge in consideration Scoville Canada will do everything in our power to assist in making sure you receive your order. 

Wrong Address

If you believe you have or you did provide the wrong address at checkout, contact us as soon as possible to either confirm or correct the address.

All mail that is returned to us as a result of the incorrect / wrong address will need to be repackaged and new postage must be paid at the expense of the purchaser.

Domestic Mailing 

As a residence of Canada ordering with regular mail has been very consistent and on time. There have been a few hiccups with delays & other complaints of which we have no answers too. As a result of the feedback we will be accepting no responsibility or liability for orders purchased through regular mail. Due to the fact we have as much or less knowledge and control of the whereabouts of your order.
