Bryan’s Blood is a colourful mild pepper developed by Eric Knight from a cross between Scarlet’s Chilli and Poblano. The plants are known for their beautiful variegated foliage and striped pods that gradually ripen to red. With a rich, slightly sweet flavour and gentle heat, it’s a fun variety to grow and a versatile choice for fresh eating, cooking, salsas and sauces.
