Fried Chicken

 Fried Chicken Pepper Seeds

Fried Chicken is a unique superhot pepper created by Italian breeder Rocco Maltesi from a cross between BBG7 Orange and Jay’s Peach Ghost Scorpion. Its heavily textured orange pods are known for their unusual bumpy appearance, which inspired the variety’s memorable name. Behind the heat is a fruity, slightly citrusy flavour that works especially well in hot sauces, powders and other spicy recipes.
