Pink pepper?? Yup. That's right, pink! This plant has dark foliage and is a very prolific producer. Peppers will grow between 2-3 inches long and start off dark purple in colour. They will begin ripening by developing lighter undertones until they are pinkish. Our peppers remained dark near the bottom of the pepper.  This creation is a cross created between a Bhut Jolokia and Pimenta da Neyde.
