Starfish

 Starfish Pepper Seeds

Starfish Pepper is a Brazilian Capsicum baccatum variety named for its unmistakable flattened, star-shaped pods. The peppers begin green and mature to a bright red, developing several pronounced lobes that give each fruit its signature shape. Despite its unusual appearance, the flavour is pleasantly sweet and fruity with light citrus notes, followed by a moderate heat that is noticeably stronger toward the centre of the pod. The plants grow vigorously with a loose, branching habit and can become very productive once established.
