Tiger Jalapeño is a colourful variety created from a cross between a Jalapeño and Purple Tiger pepper. The plants produce attractive variegated foliage and slender pods that develop beautiful striping as they mature from deep purple toward red. With a familiar jalapeño flavour, a touch of sweetness and moderate heat, it’s a versatile pepper for salsas, pickling, stuffing, grilling or enjoying fresh.
