Zou-Pi Pepper Seeds

Also referred to as "Shar Pei Pepper" for its resemblance of the dog. This wrinkly pepper is most commonly grown in China and is considered rare outside of China. Delivering a blast of flavour and more peppers than you know what to do with this wild variety is a great addition to your spicy garden. Use the peppers as flakes, powders or just chop them up and add them straight to your dish.
